These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Scriptin AI concerning your access to and use of the scriptin.in website as well as any other media form related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
1. User Registration and Account Rules
You may be required to register with the Site to use our AI script generation features. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
2. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payment Terms
We offer flexible subscription plans (Free, Pro, and Max) powered by Razorpay.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By confirming your purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
- Credits: Plans allocate a specific number of credits for scripts, usage ideas, and deep research limits per day/month. Credits reset at the start of your subsequent billing cycle and do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription anytime via your account dashboard. Cancellation stops the next recurring payment, but you will retain access to your plan until the end of your prepaid period.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not access or use Scriptin AI for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. You specifically agree not to:
- Use the Services to generate spam, illegal, discriminatory, or harmful content.
- Attempt to bypass security measures, bypass credit limits, or employ automated scraping bots.
- Sell or transfer your dashboard account profiles to others.
4. User-Generated Content & AI Disclaimer
Output Rights: You retain ownership of all the output generated via our AI using your provided topics. You are free to publish, monetize, and distribute the generated YouTube scripts, hooks, and SEO metadata.
AI Disclaimer: Due to the nature of machine learning, AI outputs are probabilistic. While Scriptin AI strives to produce pristine, high-retention cinematic scripts, we do not guarantee exact factual accuracy of all generated statements. It is your responsibility as the publisher to verify facts before publicly utilizing AI-generated materials.
5. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site for violation of any terms, fraudulent chargebacks, or abusive behavior aimed at our systems or staff, without notice or liability.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or generated content.
7. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the Services without notice at any time.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of our jurisdiction. Scriptin AI and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
