At Scriptin AI, we want to ensure you have a transparent and fair experience regarding your subscriptions and credits. Please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Subscription Purchases and Refunds

We offer our robust "Free" tier so users can test our core AI generation engine before deciding to commit financially. Due to the significant computational costs associated with processing sophisticated AI models, we generally do not offer refunds for our Pro or Max monthly subscription charges once they have been processed.

2. Failed Payments & Duplicate Charges

In the event of our payment processing partner (Razorpay) making a technical error—such as an accidental duplicate charge for the same billing cycle—we will absolutely issue a full refund for the duplicated amount.

3. Cancellation Process

You have complete control over your subscription. You can cancel at any time through your Profile Dashboard. When you cancel, you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle, but your account will remain active at the Pro or Max tier until the end of your currently paid period. After that, your account will revert to the Free tier, and you will not be charged again.

4. Requesting a Refund Exception

We review extreme technical exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you believe your situation warrants an exception (e.g., severe technical failure preventing complete use of purchased credits over an extended period):

  • Email us at support@scriptin.in within 7 days of the charge.
  • Include your account email, the charge transaction ID, and a detailed description of the technical failure.

5. Processing Timelines

If a refund is approved by our support team, please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to be securely returned to your original payment method via Razorpay.
